Several members of GoAEYC along with DuPage AEYC traveled down to Springfield on Feb. 18 to learn about our legislative process, met state representatives, and addressed issues effecting Early Childhood and the children and families we serve.

 In Springfield we attended an IllinoisAEYC training conference at the State House Inn.  There we met with our legislative consultant, Betsy Mitchell, for information and training prior to going to the state capitol to witness firsthand the legislative process in action!
